We would like to welcome you to be a part of the Cook Area Chamber of Commerce. Annual membership dues are $100 dollars and entitles you to full participation as a voting member recognized with a plaque. Your business name will be included in all chamber sponsored activities and promotions throughout the year. Your business name, contact name, mailing address, telephone number, and web address will be listed on the website.
We have a meeting on the first Monday of every month. You will receive an e-mail each month with the minutes for each meeting. If you don't have e-mail, you can also get the minutes from out website www.cookminnesota.com. You will also be reminded of each meeting by E-mail.
Our community activities include an Easter Egg Hunt, Cooks Country Christmas, Timber Days, etc that the Cook Chamber of Commerce sponsors. The Chamber is always looking for extra help throughout the year with the 3 main events that are put on.
The Chamber also shares a brochure with the Lake Vermilion resort Association and the Lake Vermilion Chamber. There is information on the Cook and Lake Vermilion area with a listing of the Cook Area Business sponsors. Separate ads can be purchased by Chamber members. These brochures are requested and mailed out nationally and internationally.
We send out monthly minutes, event updates and meeting reminders via e-mail so it is very important to put yours down. Please add our e-mail chamber@cookminnesota.com to your contacts list. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AND SUPPORT!
Once we receive your check, we will send you a plaque, for new members and/or a "2012" plate to existing members. Membership dues are due by March 1st, 2012.
